The Market Is Beginning To Turn
We're getting multiple offers on listings here in Wilmington, DE. I look for (hope for) there to be a "trickle up" effect to the higher end homes. most of what's selling is in the $150K to $300K range. But you have to think that will bode well for the $400K to $600K range eventually.
